The CommuniCorp idea is to have a kind of residency style option for individuals specifically typical to several predominant types of socio-subjective insufficiency considerations. The property itself will be styled (predominantly) as a high-tech campus styled college dorm styled residency and there will be a main tower and main “public domain” area where individuals specific to a particular campus part may convene, connect and communicate with each other specific to observing campus part regulations involving individuals and regulatory restrictions in terms of visiting other campus parts.

The Campuses themselves are (to some degree) open to consideration, however, general standard campus section designations are inherent. A typical CommuniCorp property will have 5 campus components and a main tower. Each campus component will have a residency style building in which there will be regular, standard service in terms of meals. Individuals accepted to CommuniCorp residency will at some point either choose or become prescribed a campus designation; that campus designation will tend to be predominant to some kind of activity type or general focus in terms of residency and activity upon that campus section.

Some campus sections will be predominantly focused towards personal interest and education (personal and learning), some campus sections will be more predominantly geared towards relaxation and personal time (rehabilitation and recluse), some campus sections will be more geared towards fitness and social interactivity (exercise and connecting). Each campus section will have its own independent cafeteria that serves meals at certain times of day (according to certain nutritional specifications and guidelines). Each campus section will have its own educational centre with classrooms, it’s own work area for jobs and projects and its own recreational and relaxation areas for lounging and personal entertainment (outside of rooms / units / apartments). Individuals are restricted to only their own personal registered campus section and also the main tower / main area. An individual that attends classes which are only provided on a different campus section will be provided a pass (if fitting) for attending that campus section for that class; if the individual cannot be provided a pass, then the class will merely not be attended by that individual. Individuals may also receive passes to attend other campus sections either for jobs or connected project work (same conditions apply).

The main tower and main gathering area will have temporary and short terms residential units for new admissions. There will be medical doctors, registered psychiatrists, therapists and personal counselors available in the main tower as well as personal counselors (life coaches) available on campus sections themselves (more specifically focused to the logistics of that particular campus milieu).

The main area will also have restaurants, entertainment ‘stuff’ (such as movie halls, game places and even dance floor places) as well as other utility and commodity shops including grocery, hairdressers, nail salons and so forth.

Individuals will tend to start with a bachelor style (or single occupancy) unit in which they may have a mini fridge and possibly a hot plate to cook their own food when and if they should desire and be able to afford to. The CommuniCorp property will have available jobs ranging in various different difficulty levels and personal responsibility amounts. When an individual signs up for work at a job or engages in attending classes, they are allotted a certain amount and type of “points” on their account. Some points can be used to buy groceries, some points can be used to go to movies, some points can be used to get retail purchases within the main area; even still points can be used concurrently to upgrade living conditions into a one bedroom apartment, a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and den.
