When an individual applies to CommuniCorp for admission to a CommuniCorp property, the logistics of admission require that the individual be intaked through the main tower temporary residency area. Within this area the individual will be provided a temporary single occupancy room and if required (and as available) clean clothes and/or sanitation considerations. The individual will then become admitted to a screening process which will begin with a medical doctor appointment, some basic health and medical screening and then a bunch of routine medical blood tests. As the results of these tests come back and are cleared, the individual will then become screened first by an on staff psychologist, pending which an appointment will then ensue with a councilor / lifestyle coach. The individual will be presented with a bunch of CommuniCorp facts over the duration of several appointments at which point they will become familiarized with CommuniCorp provisionants, logistics and some basic elements of policy.
The individual (at that time) will then select either to be referred to as an “EllaGent”, a “nonpar”, by a moniker or pseudonym and/or by their already provided real name specific to their registered / official documentation. After this selection they will then undergo a preference orientation in a seminar style conference room with other ongoing intakes. There will be several sessions in which the food options are indicated, the community and governance rules and regulations of CommuniCorp are noted and certain conditions emphasized and the logistics of campus section differences are illustrated as well as which campuses offer which types of available work and jobs and which campuses have which styles and considerations in terms of classroom learning experience. At the end of the information seminar the individual will then have another appointment with a councilor in which they will then select a campus section designation; if they are not keen to select one for themself, the councilor will engage further sessions in order to generate discussion to see which particular campus section might be the most appropriate for that individual at that particular CommuniCorp property. Decisions will always be made on a mutual concession basis and if at any time their is a potential lack of agreement due to uncertainty or merely remaining undecided, the individual will merely be placed in a seemingly appropriate section, albeit never in opposition to their wish to be appointed so.
Once an individual has been registered as a CommuniCorp property resident and assigned to a campus section, that individual will receive both a single occupancy room as well as an “identity card”; the identity card will be specific to their registration and require a pin # to spend points as well as carry a digital token that accesses that individual’s CommuniCorp points accounts. That card will also be used a an identity piece in terms of presenting official identity within the CommuniCorp property itself (to registered, official, correctly aligned, on-duty CommuniCorp personal ONLY).
Once individuals are assigned to and have taken up residency in their single occupancy room on a selected campus section, the individual will then be provided campus orientation by a lifestyle coach at that point. The individual will be shown the eating area (campus food cafeteria) as well as where the classrooms are, the work areas (where the jobs are done) and the relaxation / entertainment areas on that campus section itself. The individual (for a period of time) will be restricted to that campus section only and will have time to engage and adjust to CommuniCorp residency lifestyle at their own pace. They may sign up for work / jobs and/or classroom classes or even learn from unit classes as well. A certain number of hours per week (at either a classroom, learn from unit, work related function or specific job) are worth a certain amount of a certain type of CommuniCorp point (on their points accounts accessible by their CommuniCorp identity card). Unless otherwise restricted (typically on a temporary basis), individuals (once admitted to a CommuniCorp property) will always have access to main area functions in the main areas of the main tower.
As individuals illustrate a positive rate of adjustment on their selected campus section, they will be approached and offered conditional considerations specific to work / jobs and/or classroom learning on other campus sections (as interested). If the individual opts for this by decision (and provided all of their activities are sufficient) they will not long after become approached by a lifestyle coach for an option to validate community passes. Any, every and all CommuniCorp property admissions are BY DEFAULT required to be restricted to the CommuniCorp property itself within 7 days of entering a CommuniCorp property and providing official request for admission to that CommuiCorp property. As individual become increasingly settled and obviously show proof of being stable and well adjusted, they will be offered considerations of “external community passes”. The passes themselves will only be for hours block durations to begin with and only with a specific purpose in mind. As these passes progress and provided they progress well, the opportunity to receive longer (even day) passes and eventually things like weekend and overnight passes (if and only if they have appropriate conditions in which said types of pass are meaningful – i.e. friends / family / relatives / etc.. within nearby / local community).
